Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.
- Genuine empathy, warmth, and strong active listening skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with high attention to detail.
- Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
- Willingness to obtain P&C insurance license within 2 weeks of start date.
- Ability to work in a remote-first, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy, patience, and genuine care.
- Educate and advocate for customers by uncovering savings or coverage gaps and translating complex policy details into clear choices.
- Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage with ease.
- Listen to customer hesitation with empathy, addressing concerns directly to ensure a smooth, transparent purchasing experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing direct feedback with our product team to continuously refine our app and service offerings.
