Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining service standards.
- Strong active listening skills and genuine empathy for customers.
- Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty (P&C) license (company-funded).
- Current residency in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
- Availability to work either a 5-day, 8-hour schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour workweek.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with high energy, patience, and genuine care.
- Educate customers to uncover savings or coverage gaps and translate complex policy details into clear choices.
- Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage.
- Listen to customer hesitation with empathy, addressing concerns directly to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing direct feedback with the product team to refine app and service offerings.
