- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (company-paid training).
Responsibilities
- Take care of customer needs, including identifying coverage gaps and relevant discounts.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, and motorcycle insurance.
- Manage policy changes and service requests for existing policyholders.
- Deepen knowledge of the insurance product panel to match customers with appropriate coverage.
- Process documentation for vehicles, drivers, and lienholders.
- Provide product feedback to help improve the insurance app.
