Responsibilities
- Take proactive care of customers by identifying coverage gaps, potential discounts, and renewal changes.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance policies.
- Assist existing policyholders with service requests including vehicle, driver, lienholder, and document changes.
- Develop deep expertise in insurance products and the internal app to provide trusted guidance to customers.
- Solve problems to remove barriers between customers and appropriate insurance coverage.
- Provide product feedback to the team to help shape and improve the customer experience.
