Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Have 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or in a similar role in IT environments.
- Demonstrate ability to manage projects using Agile, Lean, Waterfall, Iterative, or related methodologies.
- Be proficient with project management tools including Monday.com, JIRA, and/or MS Project.
- Have familiarity with PDMI work and productivity tools, including the MS Office suite.
- Bring a PMP, CSM, or other project management or Scrum certification.
- Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, or Advanced Excel is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
- Develop and manage project plans covering scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to support project execution.
- Monitor project performance and milestones against business goals.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and align priorities and deliverables.
- Identify project risks and issues, resolve them, or escalate as needed.
- Manage and document scope changes and maintain project documentation, dashboards, and progress updates.
- Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives and removing blockers.
- Provide leadership with updates on project status, risks, and accomplishments.
