Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3+ years managing e-commerce emails in Klaviyo and email/SMS marketing strategies.
- Professional fluency in English, with excellent written, reading, and speaking skills.
- Access to a laptop or desktop and reliable, fast internet connection.
- Ability to work in the US time zone Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day.
- Previous experience working the overnight shift.
Responsibilities
- Manage, plan, and oversee Klaviyo email and SMS flows.
- A/B test and iterate email and SMS flows to optimize performance.
- Develop and execute monthly email, SMS, and content calendars for campaigns.
- Oversee Klaviyo reporting and analytics.
- Present data regularly to the internal team.
- Track email performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special-project tasks as needed.
