Requirements
- Extensive experience in content production, social media content creation, or a closely related role.
- Strong writing skills, including the ability to distill complex material into clear copy for LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Demonstrable experience producing LinkedIn carousels, short-form video content, or similar multi-format social assets using Canva.
- Practical video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
- Hands-on experience with YouTube publishing, including thumbnails, metadata optimization, and Shorts.
- Experience working with remote recording formats such as Riverside.
- Ability to identify shareable insights and select clips from long-form content.
- Ability to manage multiple asset types, stakeholders, and deadlines.
- Interest in marketing, sales, AI, or business education.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage ambiguity in a fast-moving team.
Responsibilities
- Turn Academy course transcripts, lesson recordings, and webinars into social-ready posts and video clips.
- Draft LinkedIn carousels, short-form scripts, supporting assets, and post copy for Academy evangelists and professors.
- Identify valuable moments, hooks, perspectives, and practical frameworks in long-form training content.
- Create and publish content to the HubSpot Academy YouTube channel.
- Repurpose long-form recordings into YouTube Shorts and short-form clips for social distribution.
- Design YouTube thumbnails and manage publishing details, including titles, descriptions, tags, and scheduling.
- Write show notes and summaries for the Crystal Clear podcast, cut social clips, and build promotional assets.
- Adapt course material and evangelist content into Academy newsletter sections.
- Coordinate content calendars and production goals with Academy evangelists, professors, and the Social Media Manager.
