Requirements
- Have significant experience recruiting technical talent within fast-moving technology or product organisations.
- Demonstrate a track record of delivering challenging searches in competitive talent markets.
- Bring deep technical recruiting experience across Software Engineering, Data, AI and/or Security.
- Have strong sourcing and talent-mapping skills.
- Be comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high level of ownership.
- Use data to guide hiring decisions and focus on quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Be confident influencing hiring managers and challenging thinking when needed.
- Have practical experience using AI in recruiting and be able to demonstrate how it improved your work.
- Understand cryptocurrency and financial technology and be able to speak credibly about the crypto ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring across Engineering, Data and Security, from search kickoff and market mapping through assessment, offer and close.
- Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to understand team needs and define hiring strategies.
- Source technical talent in competitive markets using proactive sourcing, talent mapping and creative search strategies.
- Use data and market insight to identify stalled searches and adjust the approach.
- Use AI for sourcing, screening, research, market mapping and reporting.
- Contribute to improvements in hiring processes, tooling and ways of working.
