- Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, including the ability to build effective relationships remotely.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the dedicated People Partner for G&A and GTM functions, including Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Lead and support stakeholder priorities across talent acquisition, employee engagement, and development.
- Partner with Finance to model compensation-cycle budgets using headcount and market data.
- Manage EOR engagements, primarily Oyster, through the employment cycle and compliance requirements across European jurisdictions.
- Lead complex employee relations cases, engaging EOR partners and external legal advisors when needed.
- Drive organizational design work, including job architecture, job description development, level changes, and promotion cases.
- Coordinate with the Senior HRBP for Product & Engineering and People Ops on shared cycles and a consistent company-wide people approach.
- Bring data-backed recommendations and a business-first perspective to HRBP discussions.
- Improve People processes and practices to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience in a remote environment.
