Requirements
- Have strong production experience in Android with Kotlin.
- Be able to ship Android features at pace.
- Bring experience from a product-driven, user-centric environment.
- Use AI coding tools daily; Cursor or Claude Code are given as examples.
- Have built or tested something with AI, including personal projects.
- Explain technical decisions clearly to non-technical colleagues.
- Know when to disagree and commit.
- Fintech or regulated-industry experience is a plus.
- Swift knowledge is a nice to have, not a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Android features for AI agents from scoping through release, balancing speed with reliability and minimal technical debt.
- Architect clean, SOLID, testable, and performant Android code for a regulated banking environment.
- Use AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to review, refine, and ship features.
- Bring AI agent features shipped on Web to the Android app, working with Product, iOS, Backend, and Frontend.
