Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, consulting, corporate development, or a related discipline.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with senior external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate ownership and initiative, moving projects independently from concept to execution.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities, requirements, and opportunities.
  • Have strong organizational and project-management capabilities, including coordinating multiple stakeholders and concurrent workstreams.
  • Have strong analytical skills and the ability to develop business cases, presentations, recommendations, and commercial analyses.
  • Understand commercial and product considerations and translate requirements between internal teams.
  • Be comfortable balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution and follow-through.
  • Be willing to take on ambiguous or emerging projects and develop structure where none initially exists.
  • Be based in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone (EST).
  • Experience with API integrations, technology partnerships, platform integrations, or other product-led partnerships is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and support strategic partnerships across technology platforms, retailers, brands, agencies, and other ecosystem participants.
  • Manage day-to-day partner relationships and communications, including interactions with senior external stakeholders.
  • Research potential partners, market opportunities, competitors, and emerging industry trends.
  • Support outreach, partnership evaluation, follow-up, and progression of prospective opportunities.
  • Help structure partnership proposals, commercial models, business cases, and internal recommendations.
  • Coordinate partnership discussions and workstreams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
  • Coordinate partner requirements, implementation timelines, dependencies, and technical considerations for API-led and product integration partnerships.
  • Track partnership milestones, deliverables, dependencies, decisions, and next steps.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, meeting materials, executive communications, and partnership documentation.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, including corporate development and strategic evaluation projects.
