- 10–12+ years managing client relationships across SaaS, professional services, or other complex solution categories in an agency environment.
- 5–6+ years of B2B client management experience.
- Experience overseeing enterprise-sized client portfolios and guiding multiple account teams.
- Demonstrated success retaining client business and identifying organic growth opportunities.
- Experience developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies across paid search, organic search, paid social, programmatic, email, and content.
- Experience leading full-funnel programs spanning awareness, demand generation, lead nurturing, pipeline acceleration, and sales enablement.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, buying committees, funnel stages, and revenue KPIs.
- Experience using CRM, marketing automation, and intent-data platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, and Demandbase.
- Experience overseeing multiple enterprise clients with combined media budgets exceeding $80 million.
- Strong financial acumen, including account profitability, statements of work, staffing plans, forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Proven experience managing, mentoring, and developing account leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior relationship leader and escalation point for a portfolio of complex B2B client accounts.
- Build partnerships with VP and C-suite stakeholders and advise on business, marketing, growth, and customer acquisition priorities.
- Own account growth, retention, strategic direction, and relationship health.
- Identify organic growth opportunities and contribute to new business initiatives.
- Guide integrated, full-funnel marketing strategies across relevant channels.
- Oversee statements of work, deliverables, renewals, scope changes, and change orders.
- Lead executive client meetings, quarterly business reviews, and annual planning sessions.
- Analyze marketing and business performance data to identify pipeline and revenue growth opportunities.
- Manage account profitability, staffing, resource allocation, forecasting, and scope.
- Lead, mentor, and develop account directors and other account team members.
