Have 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, inventory management, supply planning, or a related field.
Bring practical experience managing inventory and purchasing or procurement activities.
Have experience working directly with suppliers and managing purchase orders through fulfillment.
Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with significant volumes of operational data.
Have advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Have experience using ERP, inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain management systems.
Be detail-oriented and able to identify discrepancies and address issues proactively.
Be able to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with a US-based team.
Be willing and able to work during US business hours.
Have strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring supply chain team members is preferred.

Monitor inventory levels, product availability, usage, and movement to identify shortages, excess inventory, discrepancies, and supply risks.
Support demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and inventory decisions using historical data and business requirements.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and reconcile incoming and outgoing product movements.
Manage purchase orders from creation through fulfillment, reviewing quantities, pricing, accuracy, completeness, and delivery requirements.
Track open orders and follow up with suppliers and internal teams on problematic shipments.
Build supplier relationships, monitor delivery performance and service levels, and support supplier negotiations.
Maintain supply chain reports and operational trackers using Excel or Google Sheets; analyze data for trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate the day-to-day priorities of a small supply chain team and communicate supply chain needs, risks, and issues to internal stakeholders.
Resolve operational problems and improve processes, documentation, reporting, and efficiency.
