- Have 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, demand generation, subscription marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate success scaling subscription, membership, fitness, wellness, SaaS, healthcare, consumer services, or other engagement-driven businesses.
- Bring expertise across paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRM, conversion rate optimization, marketing analytics, and experimentation.
- Show a record of achieving customer acquisition, subscription, and revenue objectives.
- Understand attribution, customer journeys, marketing automation, audience segmentation, and experimentation methodologies.
- Translate performance data into actionable growth strategies using a strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Have experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Finance, Analytics, Operations, and Client Success teams.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Bring familiarity with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM systems.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, healthcare, or consumer subscription businesses is preferred; membership, referral, and partnership marketing experience is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own membership acquisition, subscription revenue, engagement, and growth targets, and develop annual and quarterly plans.
- Identify growth opportunities and partner with business teams to establish targets and support subscription growth initiatives.
- Lead omnichannel acquisition programs and audience segmentation strategies.
- Manage acquisition budgets and optimize channel investment using ROAS, CAC, LTV, and other performance metrics.
- Develop testing roadmaps for lead generation, enrollment, subscription conversion, and member engagement.
- Partner with Product and UX teams to improve website and landing-page performance through A/B and multivariate testing.
- Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, mobile, and in-app channels, including onboarding, renewal, and win-back programs.
- Analyze customer behavior and develop personalized strategies to reduce churn and increase lifetime value.
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks, monitor funnel performance, and use predictive and member analytics to guide decisions.
- Prepare executive presentations and recommendations on growth strategy, results, insights, and next steps.
