Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading commercial transformation in an enterprise software scale-up.
  • Experience owning at least one full annual planning cycle end-to-end.
  • Track record designing, deploying and measuring AI workflows in a commercial setting, including data preparation, governance and adoption.
  • Experience leading change management across a commercial team and communicating process and technology changes to different audiences.
  • Knowledge of commercial KPIs and benchmarking, including pipeline efficiency, CAC payback, NRR, gross retention, magic number and forecast accuracy.
  • Strong presentation and data-storytelling skills, supported by credible data.
  • Working knowledge of sales compensation design and practices.
  • Fluency with at least one sales methodology, such as MEDDIC, Sandler or Miller Heiman, and familiarity with signal-based and ABM-driven GTM motions.
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce; certification is desirable.
  • Hands-on experience with an AI-native commercial stack such as Clari, Gong, Outreach or Clay, or equivalent.
  • Confidence using SQL, BI tooling such as Tableau or Looker, financial and revenue modelling, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Own the annual planning cycle, including capacity, territories, quotas and compensation, aligned with Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Design, deploy and govern AI workflows and agents across the commercial team and RevOps; evaluate, pilot, scale and retire tools and measure their impact.
  • Lead change management for new processes, tools and AI workflows, including communication, training, adoption metrics and reinforcement.
  • Own the commercial data model, governance and quality standards, as well as the commercial technology stack, including Salesforce and related tools.
  • Lead pipeline reviews, forecasting, win/loss reviews and QBRs; monitor process compliance and surface bottlenecks to leadership.
  • Define and track commercial KPIs, including pipeline efficiency, CAC payback, NRR, gross retention and forecast accuracy.
  • Own pricing frameworks, deal desk and discount governance.
  • Develop and maintain the Sales Playbook and support company kick-off and enablement events.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly and board-level reporting with credible, defensible data narratives.
