Requirements
- Have experience in cloud, AI, or SaaS operations.
- Be comfortable working across sales, legal, finance, and engineering teams.
- Bring structure without adding bureaucracy.
- Proactively surface risks and improve execution.
- Be able to hold conversations with technical teams and understand what engineers are building and why it matters for customers.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operational processes across active PoCs and production customers.
- Ensure structured transitions from PoC to production and define processes for customer offboarding and scope reductions.
- Maintain documentation for customer migrations, model and GPU type changes, and contract renewals.
- Support transitions involving legal entities, contracts, and SKU changes, and define upsell processes for existing customers.
- Maintain a single source of truth for customer health, active workloads, and contract status; track renewals, capacity changes, and dependencies.
- Surface risks early and drive resolution across teams.
- Improve handoffs across Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Delivery, and run structured operational reviews.
- Drive automation initiatives involving Salesforce, Jira, and Backoffice integrations, customer notifications, contract expiry alerts, and cleanup workflows.
