Requirements
- Have experience leading complex cross-functional projects, programs, or enterprise initiatives in a multi-site environment.
- Have Early Childhood Education experience and a strong understanding of center operations, enrollment drivers, and field leadership dynamics.
- Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results with minimal oversight.
- Interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Bring communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills, including experience influencing leaders across organizational levels.
- Have a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through strategic planning, execution, and operational partnership.
- Be able to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and implementation of enterprise-wide growth, operational, and strategic initiatives across multiple brands.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive outcomes.
- Develop project plans, timelines, communication strategies, and success metrics.
- Liaise between corporate stakeholders and field leaders to gather feedback, manage change, and support adoption of programs and processes.
- Monitor initiative performance, identify risks or barriers, and implement solutions.
