Requirements
- Bring 5+ years of DAM experience in consulting, in-house, or agency settings.
- Have 3+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or systems architecture delivering DAM solutions.
- Demonstrate experience managing multiple concurrent clients and workstreams in a professional services or digital agency environment.
- Have hands-on experience with one or more DAM platforms, such as Aprimo, Bynder, Cloudinary, or Orange Logic.
- Have experience with DAM configuration, taxonomy and metadata modeling, and user training.
- Demonstrate experience leading workshops and discovery sessions and translating client requirements into scalable DAM designs.
- Have experience leading complex, multi-system implementations and integrations, including API-based data ingestion and asset delivery workflows.
- Understand API principles for system integration architecture, including REST APIs.
- Be proficient with project management and time-tracking tools such as Jira and Tempo.
- Have experience drafting system documentation, including technical requirements, metadata schemas, and asset lifecycle diagrams.
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze and model large, complex datasets.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience may substitute for a formal degree.
Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions to assess asset workflows, taxonomy, metadata, business objectives, and DAM strategy.
- Guide clients in evaluating and selecting DAM platforms based on business requirements, user needs, and scalability.
- Support pre-sales by contributing to technical scopes, solution design, platform evaluations, and technical proposals.
- Gather requirements for integrations between DAM and connected PIM, CMS, ecommerce, and creative workflow platforms.
- Collaborate with DAM specialists and development teams to configure, deploy, and integrate DAM systems.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and tune configurations to support performance and uptime as asset volume grows.
- Own technical specifications and architecture documentation for migrations, configurations, and integrations.
- Refine DAM delivery methods and governance frameworks, and inform strategic roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Review configurations and integrations before launch and drive change management and process standardization.
