Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Digital Media, Engineering, or a related field.
- Have at least 5 years of professional experience in Digital Asset Management in a consulting, agency, or in-house environment.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or systems architecture, including delivery of DAM solutions across multiple clients and concurrent workstreams.
- Bring hands-on experience with one or more DAM platforms, such as Aprimo, Bynder, Cloudinary, or Orange Logic.
- Have experience configuring DAM platforms, modeling taxonomy and metadata, and training users.
- Have experience leading discovery sessions and translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Have experience delivering complex, multi-system implementations and integrations.
- Understand asset lifecycle automation, governance, change management, API-based ingestion, and asset delivery workflows.
- Have working knowledge of API integration principles, including REST APIs.
- Have experience analyzing and modeling large and complex datasets.
- Have experience developing technical documentation, including requirements, metadata schemas, architecture documentation, and asset lifecycle diagrams.
- Have experience supporting pre-sales activities such as scoping, platform evaluations, and technical proposal development.
- Be proficient with project management and time-tracking tools such as Jira and Tempo.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional and technical consultant throughout client engagements, from scoping and pre-sales through solution design, implementation, enablement, and long-term platform strategy.
- Lead discovery workshops with marketing, creative, IT, and business stakeholders to understand workflows, taxonomy, metadata, asset lifecycle requirements, and business objectives.
- Design DAM strategies and solutions covering platform configuration, asset migrations, governance, metadata structures, integrations, and user adoption.
- Advise clients on DAM platform selection based on business requirements, user needs, technical capabilities, and scalability.
- Support pre-sales by contributing to technical scopes, solution designs, platform evaluations, and proposals.
- Define integration requirements between DAM platforms and systems such as PIM, CMS, ecommerce, and creative workflow tools.
- Collaborate with DAM specialists and development teams to configure, deploy, and integrate solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform issues involving permissions, workflow automation, renditions, integrations, and system performance.
- Own technical specifications and architecture documentation for migrations, configurations, integrations, metadata schemas, and asset lifecycle processes.
- Maintain DAM implementation methodologies and contribute to strategic roadmaps and emerging technology evaluations.
