Requirements
- Experience in insurance, underwriting support, billing analysis, or administrative operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and quality control.
- Basic understanding of property and liability exposures is preferred.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign inspection requests from underwriters to external vendors.
- Review inspection reports for accuracy, quality, and completeness.
- Analyze reports and identify discrepancies or missing information requiring follow-up.
- Conduct monthly invoice and billing reviews to validate charges.
- Communicate with vendors about billing discrepancies and required corrections.
- Support underwriting operations by processing inspections and documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and data integrity across systems and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.
- Apply a basic understanding of property and liability exposures across business segments.
- Monitor workflows, contribute to process improvements, and help meet service standards and turnaround times.
