Have 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably in project coordination, project management, program management, business operations, or a related area.
Hold a bachelor’s degree.
Be fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Show ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to following up on tasks and deliverables.
Have good time-management and problem-solving skills.
Be able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
Have strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Bring a strategic and analytical mindset.
Have experience or familiarity with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Have basic knowledge of or practical exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other AI productivity tools.
Project management experience or exposure is highly preferred.
Knowledge of customer journey and customer lifecycle concepts is a plus.

Provide project management and coordination support for strategic business initiatives.
Support project planning, scheduling, timeline tracking, and status reporting.
Track key deliverables, milestones, action items, risks, and issues.
Schedule and coordinate project meetings and workshops, and follow up on action items.
Work with business leaders, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Prepare project status reports, presentations, tracking logs, and other documentation.
Communicate project updates and relevant information to key stakeholders.
Help identify and communicate potential risks, issues, dependencies, or delays.
Support portfolio management activities and customer journey and lifecycle-related initiatives as needed.
Use Microsoft tools and AI solutions such as Copilot to support productivity and project coordination.
