Requirements
- Have relevant healthcare, medical, administrative, call-handling, or coordination experience.
- Understand healthcare terminology and workflows.
- Speak and write clear, professional English.
- Handle inbound calls and provide customer service effectively.
- Listen carefully, determine the purpose of a call, and identify the appropriate next step.
- Relay messages and information accurately between multiple parties.
- Coordinate multiple calls, requests, and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Remain calm and professional in a fast-paced healthcare environment and escalate issues appropriately.
- Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant practices when handling sensitive healthcare information.
- Be willing to complete required HIPAA and cybersecurity training.
- Have a reliable laptop or desktop computer and stable high-speed internet of at least 25 Mbps.
- Have a noise-canceling headset, working webcam, and quiet, professional workspace.
- Be available to work the assigned full-time shift, Monday to Friday, and attend video meetings with camera on when required.
- Submit an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage inbound company calls professionally and efficiently.
- Identify the purpose and urgency of incoming calls and triage them to the appropriate sales, recruitment, support, medical, or operational pipeline.
- Connect callers with the appropriate department, team member, or radiologist.
- Take accurate messages and ensure information reaches the correct person.
- Serve as a point of contact for radiologists seeking assistance from other team members.
- Coordinate communication among radiologists, clinics, hospital systems, technical teams, and internal departments.
- Handle and coordinate calls on behalf of radiologists when they are unavailable or occupied.
- Escalate urgent or complex concerns according to established procedures.
- Provide administrative support across sales, recruitment, support, medical, and operational departments.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of calls, messages, and follow-up actions.
