Requirements

  • Be fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Be proficient in speaking and writing clear, professional English.
  • Have relevant experience in sales, appointment setting, lead generation, healthcare, dental, or a related professional role.
  • Have experience conducting outbound calls and following up with prospective customers or patients.
  • Be able to qualify, nurture, and follow up with leads and manage outreach sequences.
  • Be comfortable working toward measurable sales, appointment-setting, and conversion KPIs.
  • Have strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and accurate record-keeping skills.
  • Be able to manage multiple leads and conversations simultaneously.
  • Submit an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance before onboarding.
  • Be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, 10 hours per day (20 hours per week).
  • Have a reliable computer, stable high-speed internet of at least 25 Mbps, a noise-canceling headset, and a working webcam.
  • Have a quiet, professional work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and cold calls to prospective patients.
  • Qualify leads, identify their needs and barriers to scheduling, and guide qualified leads toward booking appointments.
  • Communicate dental services and address patient questions, concerns, and objections.
  • Follow up with leads and support lead nurturing and re-engagement.
  • Respond to patient inquiries through phone, email, chat, and text, and handle inbound calls.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments; maintain organized calendars.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of patient information, calls, follow-ups, outcomes, and appointment status.
  • Track lead sources, appointment-setting activity, conversions, and performance against KPIs.
  • Coordinate outreach with marketing campaigns and assist with campaign tracking and lead-source reporting.
