Requirements
- Demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- Diagnose, reproduce, and escalate bugs.
- Have experience with APIs and SQL.
- Coding-language familiarity is a plus.
- Experience with Workato or other iPaaS solutions is a plus.
- Own customer issues through to resolution and solve complex challenges.
- Learn and adapt to evolving tools, technologies, and workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer success teams.
- Work East Coast hours and support international customers.
Responsibilities
- Field and resolve support inquiries about product usage, API integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Communicate with customers and keep them informed while issues are being resolved.
- Work with TSEs, engineering, and other teams to resolve customer issues.
- Own support processes from ticket creation through escalation and resolution.
- Use technology such as AI to improve support-process efficiency.
- Help customers use the platform and its features for regulatory compliance work.
