Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Bring advanced financial modeling capabilities and exceptional proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Demonstrate the ability to own complex financial files and improve their efficiency, usability, and reliability.
- Understand accounting and financial statements; valuation experience is a plus.
- Use strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and communicate insights, including through data visualization.
- Have experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Looker, or comparable data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- Manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and stakeholder requests while balancing ad hoc work with longer-term initiatives.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and apply sound business judgment when handling sensitive financial and commercial information.
- Collaborate across global teams and accommodate Pacific Time working hours when required.
- Experience in corporate development, accounting, investment banking, strategy, finance development programs, Deal Desk, or consulting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain financial tracking files for customer incentive programs and related revenue adjustments.
- Design customer-facing financial incentives with go-to-market teams, considering customer circumstances, performance, and revenue opportunities.
- Analyze Deal Desk strategies through quarterly post-mortems, assessing incentive outcomes, incremental revenue, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build strategic financial models to evaluate initiatives and support senior leadership decisions.
- Respond to high-impact data requests and explain business composition, performance, and operational drivers across teams.
- Track incentive-related revenue adjustments and project adjusted revenue for active and anticipated deals.
- Partner with Accounting during monthly and quarterly close to ensure revenue adjustments and incentive impacts are accurately reflected in financial statements.
- Own and maintain the primary KPI file for strategic planning, leadership reviews, and Board-level discussions.
- Improve financial models, tracking processes, and reporting tools to increase efficiency, usability, and data quality.
