Have 2+ years of experience in retail sales, customer engagement, or related customer-facing roles.
Bring experience in luxury or high-touch retail environments, preferably.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Be comfortable working with software tools and platforms; some technical or product experience is required.
Be available for a flexible work schedule with required weekend coverage.
Be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods.
Use sound judgment and handle customer interactions with warmth and professionalism.
Work independently, stay organized, and meet goals.
Identify edge cases and raise issues clearly and constructively.
Collaborate effectively in team-based environments and remain open to coaching and learning.
Be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and attentive to business metrics.

Engage customer leads through conversations that build brand and drive purchases.
Handle a mix of sales, support, and customer-care conversations, adjusting tone and approach to each situation.
Raise issues, flag edge cases, and surface process gaps to improve internal workflows.
Help implement improvements to internal processes.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date internal documentation with teammates.
Collaborate with the product team on platform improvement opportunities.
Improve sales, conversation conversions, and speed of execution.
Adopt new technologies and become proficient in using them.
