Requirements
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide technical guidance during discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value engagements.
- Understand prospective customers’ business needs and challenges and relate them to software capabilities.
- Engage with customers in industrial sectors, including chemicals, mining, and process manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with Account Executives to understand prospective customers’ needs and align Seeq’s solutions with their goals.
- Provide technical guidance through discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value engagements.
- Collaborate with the Solutions Consulting team to develop and refine demo assets, reusable content, and pre-sales best practices.
- Share customer feedback with Product Management and Engineering.
- Stay current with industry trends, customer use cases, and competitive offerings.
- Document solutions, success stories, and lessons learned for internal knowledge sharing.
- Help cross-functional teams develop industry-specific value propositions and solution accelerators for chemicals, mining, and process manufacturing.
