Requirements
- Have 7+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or a related field.
- Have at least 2+ years in a finance role at a high-growth company.
- Build bespoke financial models and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
- Understand SaaS revenue and go-to-market economics, including ARR build, retention and expansion, pipeline conversion, sales capacity, and CAC payback.
- Work directly with data to pull, validate, and defend numbers.
- Influence cross-functional partners and engage credibly with revenue leaders.
- Experience partnering directly with a sales organization on pipeline, capacity planning, quota coverage, and rep productivity is a strong complement.
- Experience with both self-serve/product-led and rep-driven sales motions is a bonus.
- Fluency in SQL and AI tools is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a Finance & Strategy business partner to Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps.
- Own the top-line revenue forecast and understand its supporting operations through business partnership.
- Build and maintain the long-range plan and scenario models, translating GTM strategy into a multi-year growth path.
- Model GTM investment economics, including LTV:CAC and payback by segment and channel, paid spend returns, sales capacity, quota coverage, and the relationship between spend, headcount, pipeline, and ARR.
- Build financial cases for GTM investments in new segments, geographies, partnerships, and routes to market, and evaluate their results.
- Present risks, opportunities, and performance updates to executive leadership through recurring business reviews.
- Partner with Analytics and RevOps on forecast data.
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance on board and investor materials, annual operating planning, and scenario modeling.
