Requirements
- Have 5-7 years of combined experience in consulting or investment banking and in-house corporate finance or strategy roles.
- Bring strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Have advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Use AI tools for analysis, research, and workflow automation, and validate their outputs with sound judgment.
- Apply sound judgment in ambiguous situations and adapt as priorities evolve.
- Have a track record of owning complex workstreams and influencing change through business partnerships.
- Build clear communication and strong stakeholder relationships.
- Be able to mentor peers.
- Consumer internet or growth experience is a plus.
- SQL is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess opportunities to drive users and revenue, with an emphasis on consumer and ads products, sales, and marketing.
- Partner with key stakeholders to execute initiatives from ideation to completion.
- Influence decisions and drive change through recommendations, constructive challenge, and stakeholder alignment.
- Build models, forecasts, and business cases to guide planning, investment, and resource allocation.
- Conduct market research on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and user and advertiser needs.
- Develop and present strategic growth initiatives using research insights.
- Work with Investor Relations partners to target growth in areas of investor interest.
- Monitor the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and adjust them as needed.
- Improve processes and reporting, and drive adoption and share expertise across teams.
