Requirements
- Have 3 to 5+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating UX research, interaction design, product design, and visual or graphic design.
- Have advanced proficiency with Figma, including design specifications, prototyping, components, and design systems.
- Have experience establishing design standards for modern web applications, including vibecoded experiences.
- Be able to manage multiple products and design requests simultaneously and prioritize based on business and user impact.
- Document design decisions and standards and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Include portfolio links on the resume.
- Experience with internal tools, enterprise products, or B2B experiences is preferred.
- Experience building a design system from the ground up is preferred.
- Experience designing AI-powered, generative AI, or agent-based products is preferred.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks and component libraries is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather structured feedback from users and conduct usability testing for existing and in-development AI tools.
- Translate research findings into prioritized product and design recommendations.
- Create user flows, wireframes, design specifications, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design new products and features and improve existing user experiences.
- Define visual identities and create logos, graphics, illustrations, interface assets, and launch materials.
- Build and maintain a design system with reusable components, interaction patterns, guidelines, and documentation.
- Contribute to lightweight front-end builds, particularly marketing pages, brand experiences, and focused front-end projects.
- Partner with builders, Product Operations team members, product partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage concurrent projects and design requests, prioritizing work based on user and business impact.
