Requirements
- Bring 10+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy.
- Lead content and copy work from concept through detailed design.
- Have experience with LLM prompting, generative AI, and model evaluation, with a point of view on training writing quality into a model.
- Demonstrate systems thinking and product strategy.
- Have experience building scalable systems, including guidelines, reference examples, and evaluations.
- Have experience writing content principles, messaging frameworks, and style guides, and adapting them into model-training and evaluation guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams through all stages of design and build.
- Lead systems work from concept to detailed design, including defining new processes where none exist.
- Work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and adjust as models and priorities shift.
- Be familiar with Figma as a collaboration tool.
- Have experience working with and presenting to executive teams.
- Bring a solid understanding of user experience design principles and interaction patterns.
Responsibilities
- Lead the words across multiple projects within a single initiative, creating product copy on some surfaces and training large language models to create copy on others.
- Develop strategic ideas based on product requirements, data, and research.
- Write guidelines and examples, grade and rank model outputs, and calibrate VJs to set the quality bar for AI-generated content.
- Drive stakeholder and partner consensus on content recommendations.
- Manage copy deadlines and deliver detailed copy across projects.
- Partner with Design, PM, Legal, accessibility, and localization on content input.
- Present work in writing team critiques and help sharpen teammates' work.
- Present content and design work to directors, executives, and other project stakeholders.
