Requirements
- Bring 6-8 years of relevant market research experience.
- Hold a university or college degree.
- Have hands-on experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Design questionnaires and discussion guides.
- Manage research projects and conduct data analysis and visualization.
- Write research reports and use market research software, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills and a client-service orientation.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Apply strong logic, reasoning, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Organize and manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Bring a collaborative leadership approach and experience or interest in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop large strategic client relationships, including client relationship management and commitment fulfillment.
- Manage day-to-day business operations for client relationships.
- Lead and manage end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research engagements.
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues on a diverse team of market researchers.
- Partner with senior leaders on research design and fulfillment, including solution architecture, proposals, and methodology.
- Oversee analysis, reporting, deliverables, and operational processes.
