Requirements
- Have 2-7+ years of software implementation experience for Solution Consultant roles.
- Deliver SaaS solutions through platform configuration rather than custom development.
- Have experience implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise clients.
- Gather and document complex requirements, configurations, and integrations.
- Demonstrate success creating efficiencies through process design and measuring adoption.
- Think strategically to ensure solutions support business goals.
- Work independently and solve problems under pressure.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- HTML, CSS, SQL, and JSON are optional but preferred.
- Be able to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in the RainFocus platform.
- Train client administrators on RainFocus tools and processes.
- Configure the RainFocus platform.
- Work with clients to identify business requirements and workflows.
- Facilitate system design and architecture workshops.
- Identify platform configuration requirements and mitigate implementation risks.
- Advise clients on RainFocus implementation best practices and new ideas.
- Document requirements, solution designs, and testing plans.
- Update project managers on milestones, tasks, effort estimates, issues, and risks.
- Lead solution project calls and client demos.
