Requirements
- Have 7-10 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or managing memberships.
- Have deep familiarity with at least one of the following: corporate impact, sustainability, financial institutions, philanthropy and foundations, or large nonprofit organizations.
- Understand how large organizations work and be able to speak the language of organizations across sectors.
- Be able to manage executive-level relationships and grow business.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail and respecting relationship capital.
- Be able to solve problems efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment with a start-up mentality.
- Have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Be committed to institutional impact and driving critical change in the United States and beyond.
- Be available for occasional domestic travel.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the Institutional Member experience across a portfolio of key accounts, driving renewals and revenue retention.
- Co-own end-to-end renewal strategy with the Executive Sponsor and provide a clear point of view across each account.
- Drive cross-sells and design and document expansion plays for priority accounts and upcoming renewals each quarter.
- Own member relationships across the Principal and the team within each account.
- Model NationSwell’s Standards of Service.
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve member offerings, materials, and experiences in response to partner needs.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records for internal stakeholders.
- Represent NationSwell at conferences and events and support member activities.
- Track industry trends and relay shifting partner priorities or needs.
