Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturer in patient services, patient access, reimbursement program leadership, hub or specialty pharmacy program management, sales training, field force effectiveness, commercial operations, market access, payer strategy, or value and access.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work cross-functionally within a complex organization and influence without direct authority.
  • Show a track record of building relationships with commercial and market access leadership.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is a plus.
  • Bring client success, account management, or strategic partnerships experience at a hub services company, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare technology company as a strong plus.
  • Have experience managing a portfolio of pharmaceutical manufacturer clients as a strong plus.
  • Be familiar with hub services metrics, including enrollment rates, pull-through/PTR, script share, GTN vs. retail, and refill rates as a strong plus.
  • Have experience delivering QBRs and business reviews to VP/SVP-level stakeholders as a strong plus.
  • Be able to translate operational program data into commercial and net revenue narratives.
  • Bring project management and orchestration skills to coordinate multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Be able to read and interpret program performance data, identify patterns, and frame them as insights.

Responsibilities

  • Build and sustain relationships across client organizations, including commercial and market access leadership.
  • Own account health and satisfaction, identify risks early, and proactively resolve client issues.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, coordinating Strategy/Analytics and Product subject-matter experts.
  • Grow clients’ share of prescriptions routed through PHIL by working with commercial and sales organizations.
  • Translate program performance data into commercial narratives focused on net revenue impact.
  • Track script share at territory and HCP levels and surface opportunities to client field teams and sales leadership.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities across client brands and communicate expansion signals to PHIL’s commercial team.
  • Coordinate Strategy/Analytics, Product, and Operations participation in client engagements and track commitments.
  • Represent client priorities in product roadmap discussions and escalate operational issues.
  • Build and regularly update account plans for each client.
