Responsibilities
- Build personal relationships with Platinum and Platinum Plus members.
- Ensure top-tier members are fully onboarded and receive the perks and access promised by their membership.
- Make strategic introductions between members.
- Log member interactions, check-ins, introductions, and perk delivery in the CRM.
- Generate monthly reports on top-tier member engagement, satisfaction, and connection outcomes.
- Track introduction success rates and member satisfaction against a defined target.
- Document member success stories and testimonials for marketing and retention.
- Recruit and close new members, and refer members to paid courses, masterminds, and qualified chapters.
