Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in commercial law, fintech, essay writing services, iGaming, digital services, or a related field.
- Have strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, intellectual property, and compliance regulations.
- Bring experience in payments, iGaming, digital ed-tech, or subscription-based business models; this experience is preferred.
- Be familiar with KYC, AML, GDPR, advertising regulations, and app store policies.
- Understand risk management, compliance, and dispute resolution in digital businesses.
- Have contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Be able to interpret and apply regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Have problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify regulatory risks, support iGaming launches and product updates, and deliver legal positions for business decisions.
- Structure and negotiate B2B and B2C commercial arrangements, including multi-jurisdiction setups, and coordinate external counsel.
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with affiliates, ad networks, media buying partners, agencies, influencers, vendors, and content partners.
- Build and maintain iGaming marketing compliance rules for creatives, landing pages, messaging, age and geo gating, disclaimers, responsible gambling, and platform policies.
- Assess and mitigate advertising, targeting, intellectual property, user-generated content, dispute, and enforcement risks.
- Advise on subscription compliance, including auto-renewals, free trials, cancellations, refunds, disclosures, consent, notices, and evidence retention.
- Provide legal support for partnerships, vendor and outsourcing agreements, IP and brand matters, claims, and disputes.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments across key jurisdictions and translate changes into actionable guidance.
- Develop templates, playbooks, and checklists for marketing, product, and sales teams, and run enablement sessions.
