Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience in demanding roles.
- Law degree and active license to practice in an EMEA jurisdiction.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, particularly in B2B SaaS commercial agreements.
- Experience with EU and international data privacy regulations.
- Prior experience working with or within international companies, ideally US-based tech or SaaS.
- Ability to work independently as a generalist.
- Strong communication and social intelligence for cross-functional collaboration.
- Low-ego, high-ownership professional approach.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise customer and commercial agreements.
- Advise on compliance across corporate, employment, data privacy, AI, and regulatory matters.
- Support corporate governance workstreams, board matters, and stockholder relations.
- Assist the People & Culture team with policy rollouts and employee-related queries.
- Manage M&A and financing processes and diligence workstreams.
- Manage cap table and equity plan documentation.
- Coordinate projects with outside counsel.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, HR, and Finance teams.
