Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in construction, project management, or site development.
- Foundational understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheets and Google Workspace.
- Preferred: Experience with Procore for construction project management.
- Preferred: Exposure to permitting, utility interconnection, or site development processes.
- Preferred: Basic understanding of electrical, civil, or construction systems.
- Preferred: Interest in or experience with EV, energy storage, or renewable energy infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and other project control tools.
- Identify potential issues and manage tasks that advance site development activities.
- Research site-specific market conditions, constraints, and feasibility inputs.
- Identify project constraints and support the development of mitigation solutions.
- Analyze requirements for viable sites and contribute to schedule recommendations.
- Prepare site documentation for internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Break projects into achievable tasks and assist with schedules and workflows.
- Schedule meetings and maintain accurate notes and records of decisions.
- Support quality assurance, expense management, and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and travel to project sites as needed.
