Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-5 years of project or account management experience in a pharma agency environment.
- Experience developing timelines and managing budgets.
- PC and MS Office Suite software experience.
- Workfront and Jira experience.
- Ability to build productive relationships with diverse personalities.
- Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Comfort working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Create the project plan and Scope of Work based on strategy and job level.
- Collaborate with agency teams to develop project and staffing plans, forecast work, and allocate resources.
- Manage project workflow, schedules, estimates, resources, and budgets, raising concerns and course-correcting as needed.
- Lead project kick-off meetings, internal review meetings, and team status meetings; document risks and issues.
- Coordinate internal copy and layout reviews and route assets for creative and proofreading approvals.
- Anticipate, identify, escalate, and resolve project issues and risks.
- Present final assets to clients and provide recommendations on budget, timing, and production.
- Track project finances, maintain estimates, flag overages, and identify delays that may affect budgets.
- Identify out-of-scope work and recommend process, systems, or software improvements.
