Requirements
- Have a minimum of 8 years of sales experience in a technology B2B environment.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration or an engineering-related field, or have a special combination of education and experience with demonstrated accomplishments.
- Demonstrate experience bringing nascent technologies to market at scale.
- Show passion for and understanding of robotics, automation, and AI.
- Apply strategic enterprise-level thinking and strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex problems.
- Demonstrate written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical and business value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and results orientation.
- Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to collective goals.
- Demonstrate integrity and strong ethical conduct.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop strategic business opportunities through market research, networking, and inbound lead qualification.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand complex customer needs and align them with robotic solutions.
- Advise customers on how robotic products and services can address their challenges.
- Guide existing strategic accounts in identifying opportunities for expanded product adoption and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships, communicating the value proposition from C-suite to operations.
- Lead all stages of the sales cycle, from qualification through contract closure, with customer stakeholders.
- Update the CRM system and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, engineering, and customer success teams.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product strategy and marketing campaigns.
