Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of product management experience.
  • Have senior-level ownership of a pod or domain with measurable business impact.
  • Have 2+ years of AI product experience.
  • Have 2+ years of formal people-management experience managing experienced Product Managers, including accountability for performance, growth, and career development.
  • Be willing and able to keep hands-on product management as the biggest part of the role.
  • Bring technical depth in integrations, customer data architecture, core platforms, and workflow productization.
  • Be fluent in customer discovery and research, with product decisions grounded in customer learning.
  • Be able to set a strategy, make the case for it, and align executives, agency leaders, engineers, and Product Managers.
  • Have a track record of aligning multiple teams or product areas around one product story and resolving overlaps across them.
  • Preferred: experience at a small startup with fewer than 150 people.
  • Preferred: experience productizing internal operations or building workflow or integration products.
  • Preferred: experience in a tech-enabled services or hybrid product-service business.
  • Bonus: digital marketing domain knowledge or real estate domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Own a product pod end-to-end, including discovery, strategy, roadmap, delivery, and business results.
  • Conduct customer discovery and research with customers, agency teams, and the market.
  • Lead discovery and delivery for integrations, customer data architecture, core platforms, workflow productization, and related customer-facing experiences.
  • Manage and coach two experienced Product Managers, including their performance and career growth.
  • Identify cross-pod overlaps and opportunities and resolve them through product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Align pod teams, leadership, agency partners, and customers around the group's strategy.
  • Ship complete customer-facing and internal experiences, including enablement and change management.
  • Define and measure success metrics at pod and group levels.
  • Help lead AI transformation across product, design, and engineering, and set expectations for AI-native PM workflows.
  • Track AI and product trends and bring relevant developments into the group's work.
