Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience as a product or UI/UX designer.
- Have shipped products represented in your portfolio.
- Be able to balance design tasks with strategic product management responsibilities.
- Have experience creating mobile-first or desktop-first designs.
- Have experience with both consumer and business systems.
- Have excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Be proficient in Figma or similar design tools.
- Understand product strategy and be able to contribute to roadmap planning.
- Bring an analytical mindset and experience in user research and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI design.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs aligned with the product vision.
- Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across the product.
- Work with product management to align design work with business goals and user needs.
- Contribute design insights to product roadmaps.
- Assist in prioritizing features and defining product requirements.
- Partner with marketing, customer support, and engineering teams to support a cohesive product experience.
- Advocate for users throughout the product development lifecycle.
