Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in channel, partner or alliance marketing.
- Bring experience ideally from B2B SaaS, cybersecurity or enterprise IT software.
- Show a track record of marketing programs that generate measurable partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.
- Have experience working with distributed partner networks, such as resellers, MSPs or alliance partners, across multiple regions.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and the ability to work across sales, channel and marketing teams and time zones.
- Have project and budget management skills, including the ability to run multiple regional programs at once.
- Create clear, compelling partner-facing written content and communicate effectively verbally.
- Be willing to travel periodically for partner events, kick-offs and conferences in the US, EMEA and APAC.
- Experience with PRM or partner marketing platforms such as Impartner, Allbound or Zift is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem, such as the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program, is a plus.
- Experience marketing to or within the public sector is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the global partner marketing strategy and calendar in alignment with demand generation and product priorities.
- Develop regional partner marketing plans with Channel Directors, CAMs and BDRs across the US, EMEA and APAC.
- Design and run co-marketing programs, including joint campaigns, webinars, content, events and Market Development Fund activity.
- Build partner acquisition and recruitment campaigns to attract, engage and onboard new partners.
- Create partner messaging, content, toolkits and campaign-in-a-box assets that partners can localize and execute.
- Manage the partner marketing and MDF budget, track spend and report on ROI and partner pipeline.
- Track partner marketing leads, opportunities and engagement by partner, partner type and region.
- Coordinate with Product Marketing, Demand Generation and Events teams on campaigns and product launches.
- Support partner events, summits and advisory councils, and manage partner newsletters, portal content and campaign calendars.
