Requirements

  • Bring 6-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS revenue roles.
  • Have at least 3-4 years in a sales management position, accountable for a team's bookings performance.
  • Demonstrate consistent revenue target attainment in a management role.
  • Have direct experience leading and developing sales teams, including hiring, coaching, and managing underperformance.
  • Have implemented structured pipeline management, including stage criteria, qualification standards, deal reviews, and forecast improvement.
  • Have experience diagnosing revenue performance across the full funnel.
  • Use CRM data to manage pipeline, identify risk, lead deal reviews, and maintain data quality; familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot is specified.
  • Have experience working with senior stakeholders on commercial performance and navigating organizational resistance.
  • Have adapted sales management across companies with different levels of sales maturity.
  • Be fluent in German and professionally proficient in English; full business proficiency in both is required.
  • Have European B2B SaaS market experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new and expansion bookings growth across the DACH cluster.
  • Act as sales manager for one or more Business Units, setting priorities, coaching teams, and holding sellers accountable to their targets.
  • Improve sales execution across the funnel, from lead generation through closing and account retention.
  • Lead deal and pipeline reviews, apply qualification standards, and improve forecast reliability.
  • Identify revenue risks and underperformance patterns, and ensure corrective action plans are implemented.
  • Maintain consistent revenue definitions and commercial standards across Business Units.
  • Support quota design, attainment measurement, sales capacity planning, and commercial planning.
  • Diagnose performance across segments, teams, and funnel stages, and produce written action plans.
  • Partner with CEOs and Business Unit leaders on commercial performance and growth assumptions.
