Have 3+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or project-based work in healthcare or health tech.
Have proven experience implementing or managing healthcare or SaaS platforms.
Bring experience developing and executing transformation roadmaps.
Have experience leading cross-functional projects involving technology adoption or process modernization.
Use analytical thinking and data to solve problems and support decisions.
Bring a consultative, customer-centric approach and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Be comfortable with advanced Excel, Tableau, HubSpot, and JIRA.
Have exposure to AI solutions, digital workflow automation, or system interoperability; API integration experience is a plus.
Be adaptable in fast-paced environments and able to quickly learn technical topics.

Lead end-to-end project management for onboarding HME Providers to the Parachute Platform.
Delegate and oversee implementation tasks, ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule.
Coordinate product feature activations with HME Providers and internal Sales and Customer Success partners.
Develop, interpret, and present actionable data insights to guide partnerships and decision-making.
Identify and execute process improvements across the HME Provider onboarding journey.
Consult with customers on new product launches and provide feedback to the Product team.
Lead customized platform demos and partner training sessions using change management techniques.
Advise customers on platform interoperability and API integration best practices.
