Requirements
- Have 5–7 years of marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and success in the medical aesthetic device industry.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; an MBA is preferred.
- Bring strong experience in brand marketing and product marketing, translating strategy into commercialization programs.
- Have experience developing and executing omnichannel marketing strategies, including strong digital marketing knowledge.
- Have experience managing teams, agencies, vendors, and other external resources.
- Have experience across both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
- Be able to work across strategic planning and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Use metrics, market intelligence, and customer insights to make data-driven decisions.
- Be able to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and deliver against tight deadlines.
- Bring interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills and collaborate across functions and organizational levels.
- Be able to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Be willing and able to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies and marketing programs aligned with commercial plans and business objectives.
- Lead commercialization strategies for new and existing products, including differentiated value propositions and messaging.
- Develop downstream marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and other channels.
- Support distributors and subsidiaries with compliant, consistent, brand-aligned product positioning and messaging across global markets.
- Manage the downstream marketing budget, monitor return on investment and KPIs, and optimize spending.
- Partner with upstream marketing and cross-functional teams to develop and launch products, offerings, and marketing programs.
- Develop customer training, medical education, and sales enablement programs and resources.
- Lead the product’s digital presence and identify strategies to strengthen brand awareness and demand generation.
- Monitor brand performance and translate market research, customer insights, and field intelligence into marketing strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 3–5 marketing professionals and manage external resources and partners.
