Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM/Business Operations role.
  • Bring experience in fintech, SaaS, or a complex B2B enterprise sales motion.
  • Have experience supporting Fund Administration, private markets, or another complex, services-driven revenue motion.
  • Have hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including understanding how data structure and process design affect reporting and forecasting.
  • Have owned end-to-end renewal and/or expansion workflows, including documentation, performance reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Have managed forecasting, pipeline reporting, and recurring GTM cadences such as QBRs, pipeline reviews, and forecast calls.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools such as Salesforce reporting, Tableau, Looker, or advanced Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Be able to translate ambiguous business problems into clear processes, systems, and recommendations.
  • Bring stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to influence across teams and establish rules of engagement.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude to orchestrate multi-step workflows across two or more tools and produce reusable, structured outputs.
  • Be able to describe a recurring revenue process redesigned around AI-assisted execution and its team-level impact.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Revenue Operations partner for the Fund Administration business and align priorities, strategies, and execution across departments.
  • Own Salesforce data quality, workflow configuration, and process governance.
  • Optimize and document end-to-end renewal workflows, including timelines, responsibilities, and required actions.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, forecast roll-ups, and reporting cadences, incorporating renewals, upsells, and churn.
  • Design and improve revenue processes, including lead routing, opportunity management, territory and quota administration, and expansion deals.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for pipeline, conversion, renewals, and revenue performance.
  • Establish rules of engagement and support cross-functional escalations and handoffs.
  • Align shared metrics, definitions, and operating rhythms with Fund Administration, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude to orchestrate multi-step workflows and identify automation and tooling improvements.
  • Support pricing and packaging, sales compensation, territory design, and quota-setting with business and Finance leaders.
