Requirements
- Have 2+ years of work or internship experience.
- Bring experience from cross-functional roles such as Strategy, Business or Product Operations, Program Management, Consultancy, or Business Analytics.
- Have experience solving operational problems through process improvement, workflow design, or scalable systems.
- Be able to juggle multiple priorities in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Have strong data analysis skills and hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, explain complex problems simply, and align stakeholders across teams.
- Reason from first principles and investigate problems to find root causes.
- Be willing to investigate issues directly by testing features, listening to agent calls, contacting customers, or running workflows.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
- Build dashboards, reports, and models to guide business decisions.
- Research, evaluate, and implement technologies, including AI, automations, and internal tools.
- Design processes, workflows, and operating procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
- Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
- Partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other teams.
- Redesign workplace payment-method outreach to speed up cash collection.
- Research, vet, and onboard vendors for AI agents in customer-facing operations.
- Build predictive models to flag high-risk payers.
- Improve the performance, quality, and workflows of an Operations team.
