Requirements
- Have 2+ years of professional or internship experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Product Operations, Program Management, Consulting, Business Analytics, or another cross-functional environment.
- Demonstrate the ability to solve operational problems through process improvement, workflow design, automation, or scalable systems.
- Have strong data analysis capabilities and hands-on experience using SQL, Python, or comparable analytical tools.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Communicate complex topics clearly in writing and verbally, and align stakeholders across teams.
- Use a first-principles approach to problem-solving and focus on identifying root causes.
- Be comfortable testing products, reviewing operational workflows, speaking with customers or frontline teams, and validating assumptions.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, adaptability, ownership, and initiative.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Build dashboards, reports, analytical models, and tools to support business decisions.
- Research, evaluate, and implement AI solutions, automation tools, and internal platforms.
- Design and improve processes, workflows, and operating procedures.
- Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
- Identify root causes of operational challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.
- Support improvements to payment processes, customer workflows, and operational performance.
- Evaluate and onboard external technology or service providers for customer-facing operations.
- Develop predictive or analytical models to help teams identify risks and take proactive action.
- Take responsibility for an Operations team when needed, improving its performance, quality, and workflows.
